Upload your open purchase order lines from your ERP. Orbecta recognises the columns, shows what is late, unconfirmed or confirmed later, and keeps everything you provide.
An export from your ERP is fine (Infor LN, SAP, Exact, AFAS or Excel): Orbecta recognises the columns itself, even if they are named differently. One row per purchase order line.

What does My open orders do?
This is where your open purchase order lines live in Orbecta: what was ordered, from whom, when you requested it and what the supplier confirmed or reconfirmed. Upload an export from your ERP; Orbecta recognises the columns and keeps everything you provide.
What does Orbecta use the order lines for?
You immediately see what is late, what is not confirmed yet and what was confirmed later than requested. Via the supplier code we link every line to My suppliers, so you see which open orders run through a supplier at elevated risk. Later the Orbecta agent uses this to show per signal which orders are affected.
What happens with my data?
Your order lines are only visible to you or, with a team account, to your own organisation. Personal data such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers are not saved by default. Read more in the Trust Center.
